We service all makes and models of vehicles including Japanese brands (Toyota, Honda, Nissan), European brands (BMW, Mercedes, Audi), American brands, Korean brands, and hybrid/electric vehicles. Our technicians are trained to work on both modern and older vehicle models with specialized diagnostic equipment for each brand.
How long does a typical car service take?
Service duration depends on the type of work:
- Basic Oil Change: 30-45 minutes
- General Service: 2-3 hours
- Major Service: 4-6 hours
- Brake Service: 2-4 hours
Most routine services are completed the same day. For major repairs, we'll provide an estimated completion time.
Do you use genuine parts or aftermarket parts?
We offer both genuine OEM parts and quality aftermarket parts. Genuine parts are recommended for newer vehicles under warranty. Quality aftermarket parts offer excellent value while maintaining performance. We'll discuss your options and help you choose the best for your vehicle and budget. All parts come with a warranty.

How much does a car service cost?
Service costs vary by vehicle and service type:
- Basic Oil Change: 1,500 - 3,000 BDT
- General Service: 3,000 - 8,000 BDT
- Major Service: 8,000 - 15,000 BDT
- AC Service: 2,500 - 6,000 BDT

Do you offer any warranties on your work?
Yes! All repair work comes with a 30-90 day labor warranty depending on the service. Genuine OEM parts have manufacturer's warranty (1-2 years), and aftermarket parts have 6 months to 1 year warranty. If you experience any issues within the warranty period, we'll fix it at no additional charge.
Do I need to book an appointment or can I walk in?
We accept both appointments and walk-ins, but we highly recommend booking an appointment for minimal wait time and faster service. Book by calling 01725-239399, WhatsApp, or through our website. Walk-ins are welcome but may experience longer wait times during busy periods.
What are your operating hours?
Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Friday: Closed
Emergency Service available 24/7 for roadside assistance and towing. Call our emergency hotline for immediate support.
Can I wait while my car is being serviced?
Absolutely! We have a comfortable waiting area with air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, refreshments, and restroom facilities. For longer services, you can leave your vehicle and we'll call when it's ready. We can also arrange pick-up and drop-off service (additional charges may apply).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), credit/debit cards, and bank cheque. Payment is due upon completion of service. For major repairs, we may require a deposit before starting work.
